Healing individually and together. Relationships can be complicated. We each have baggage that we bring with us into our closest connections with others. This baggage could look like heartbreak from past relationships, habits and patterns that push others away when we're hurting, beliefs about what a couple should be, or the experiences we had as kids that form the way we react in certain circumstances. I've found that when only one person in a relationship is "doing the work" on themselves, the distance between a couple can grow. This healing and transformation can feel really lonely or isolating when the person you've chosen to share everything with isn't healing and transforming, too. Sometimes, this can lead to resentment and bitterness. But, what if both of the people in a relationship were focused on healing? Healing themselves and growing together? This is why this package was created. You will each have 2 one-on-one sessions with me to clear and heal your past, tackle your patterns, and release beliefs that are getting in the way for you individually and as a couple. You will also have 2 couples sessions with me where we will work both energetically and through tapping to bring healing to your relationship. Why this couples package might be a good fit: You love one another, but your communication needs some work. There are patterns in your relationship that you can't seem to shift. You're not on the same page with little or big things. You want each other "to change". You feel irritable with one another, but can't seem to figure out why. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of single sessions, please contact me 24 hours prior to your session to avoid being charged. Note: for session packages and programs, book first date and time only. We will schedule the rest of your sessions in our first session.
